Frequently asked questions
Will my personal information be passed to the buyers?
Not at the appraisal stage. All we tell them is the maker, model, year, mileage, the condition of the car, and where it is (down to the municipality). Your name, address, telephone number and email address are not provided.
If you decide to go ahead with the sale, we will ask you to show documents — the inspection certificate, identification and so on — for the transfer of ownership and collection. We explain in advance what goes where.
The contract of sale is between you and the purchasing company. We introduce the company and handle the money.
Can I enquire before deciding to sell?
I cannot find the registration certificate. Can I still ask?
Can you handle the paperwork for me?
